REQUIREMENT POSTING AND INITIAL DISCUSSION

Our project managers are the most important and midpoint for understanding all your project management needs. Every initial stage of the project, we try to concentrate and understand your requirements in detail and make sure the limiting budgetary constraints you have. After that, we will move to the next phase of the process.

PROJECT ANALYSIS AND CONSULTATION

When our initial project discussion is completed then, our software project teams estimate the project plan and real analysis of project requirements. It includes the scope, product backlog and the iterations on the project and approval from the project manager and client until unless the task fully completed.

TEAM ALLOTMENT

When the project planning is completed, we assign the best team available with us for that particular project technology. Along with that, our project managers define all the deliverables to the team as well as set fixed KRAs and KPIs according to the project needs.

Contract signup

Once the project deliverables are defined, we start with the paperwork. You can choose from our flexible engagement models and according to that an NDA and SLA are being signed. As soon as the paperwork is completed, we get down with the development.

Execution & Delivery

The last phase is the project execution is when it is done according to the decided project plan. Deliverables and reports are generated and shared with each delivery. Once the project deliverables are done our project managers will inform you. We thoroughly follow the agile methodology and work according to the set timeline.
